From grape to bottle, our winemaking team provides great care and attention every step of the way to bring out the individual character of each wine.
Sustainable Agriculture principles in our vineyards, careful plot selection and optimum ripeness : this "hands-on" approach and profound involvement ensures an authentic and high quality production.
Thanks to our modern wine-making facility, we are able to work the grapes in a delicate and respectful manner which guarantees a powerful expression of the "terroir", and a generous and complex style.
The wines are then aged either in barrel or in tank in our temperature-controlled cellars, allowing them to fully develop their structure and personality.
Under the stict supervision of our quality control people, the wines are bottled following therigorous criteria of the ISO 9001 and HACCP certification standards.
Finally, once they are ready to be enjoyed, the wines are released for sale.
