Söhnlein Brillant Alcohol-Free

Söhnlein Brillant Alcohol-Free is made from selected, bouquet rich wines. After it has matured, the alcohol is removed in a vacuum at a low temperature. The alcohol content of Söhnlein Brillant Alcohol-Free is the same as that of fruit juice or bread. The calorie content of about 300 kcal per litre is two thirds less than comparable sparkling wines. Like sparkling wine, Söhnlein Brillant Alcohol-Free should always be drunk well chilled and not kept for longer than one year.
