Geographic Situation : One part in the north of Ornage on clayey calcareous soils.
The other part in the south of Orange on soils composed of galets.

Methods of Cultivation : Principles of the “agriculture raisonnée”, a philosophy of production to guarantee :
- a first-quality product
- a completely safe product
- a better respect of our environment
The utilization of traditional techniques; ploughing, hand harvesting and sorting by each grape-picker.

Methods of Vinification : Direct press.
Fermentation at low temperature.

Wine & Food : Served at 8C.
Appearance: Extremely pale golden-yellow.
Nose: Bouquet of meadow flowers, acacia and honey.
Palate: This is a rich, fat, unctuous wine. There is wonderful harmony of lenght and roundness on the palate. Hints of cinnamon and vanilla in the finish.
Perfect in aperitif or with asparagus, white meats and fishes.
