Age of the Vineyards : From 30 to 50 years old

Geographic Situation : The plots are facing the South and composed of stony soils.

Methods of Cultivation : Principles of the “agriculture raisonnée”, a philosophy of production to guarantee :
- a first-quality product
- a completely safe product
- a better respect of our environment
The utilization of traditional techniques; ploughing, hand harvesting and sorting by each grape-picker.

Methods of Vinification : Total de-stemming of the grapes, long maceration for a period of about 20 days. The wine is kept in French oak barriques for 12 months.

Wine & Food : Serve at 16° to 18°
Appearance : deep and bright garnet-red colour
Nose : good concentration of ripe red fruits (cherries and strawberries) with a touch of vanilla
Palate : the tannins are in harmony with the aromas and display together strength and suppleness.
This is a typical Côtes du Rhône Villages with a good balance, perfect for all gastronomic meals and particularly for Mediterranean dishes.
