Methods of Cultivation : Principles of the “agriculture raisonnée”, a philosophy of production to guarantee :

- a better respect of our environment
The utilization of traditional techniques; ploughing, hand harvesting and sorting by each grape-picker.
Methods of Vinification : De-stemming of the grapes, maceration for a period of 20 days minimum.
Part of the wine is stored in “barriques” for one year.
Wine & Food : Serve at 16° to 18°
Appearance : deep ruby red in colour
Nose : raspberries, spices, vanilla and a hint of violet
Palate : strong structure with well-blended tannins. Flavours of jammy red fruit with a touch of vanilla and developing earthy notes and hints of truffles.
Its balance makes it excellent to drink now, however it will certainly develop its full character over time.
This is a perfect wine for all celebrations.
