The vinery Hoffmann-Simon is a family business with vinyards located in Piesport, Klüsserath, Köwerich and Maring. Dieter Hoffmann and his family have been running the business since 1999. Our vinyards are all along the "Mittelmosel", in a region where vinyards were cultivated by the romans already. 

The vinyards are our treasure. We strive to cultivate them as a "living organism". Through compostfertilization and with the aid of natural vegetation we continuously get closer to our goal: the harvest of healthy, aromatic grapes, the foundation of elegant, fruity wines.
