Since our installation in 1988, our vineyards now cover an area of 7.41 acres situated on the hill sides of Vergisson.
The wine:
To obtain quality wines by professional work on the vines, with reasonable production and harvesting by hand with upmost attention being paid to the dates chosen for the grape harvesting.
To respect the land by working all year round on the soil using sanitary protections compatable with the environment. (Bio-treatments)
The use of oak barrels for the wine making and ageing for 10 months or more depending on the selected vines.
The wines are all bottled by us on the domain.
