On 75 hectares ripen white- and red wines. The red wine sorts are Zweigelt, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc ans Syrah. The white wines are Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
Quality has always been rated high. Therefore the grape harvest is limited to 1,2-1,5kg per vine. The sparing processing oft he grapes guarantees wines which captivate with their individual tastes.
White wines are fermented at a temperature of 16°C so that the buquet (the „arome“) is preserved. Red wines are lying up to 14 days on the must to preserve their natural arome. This guarantees the customers a maximum of quality.
