Barolo 2008 DOCG

Vinification and ageing: temperature controlled, with 24 months’ ageing in big oak barrels followed by 12 months in the bottle.
Colour: Typical classic garnet
Perfume: very fine, spicy and then fruity, with floral notes of roses and currants.
Flavour: responds with good body and smoothness followed by lively young and persistently lingering tannin. Clean, uncomplicated finish.
Alcohol content: 13.5% / 14.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 16/18° C.
