Barolo "Brandini" 2008 DOCG

Vinification and ageing: vinification in temperature controlled steel tanks, initially at 22°C, reaching up to 27°/29°C at the end of fermentation. 4 weeks’ maceration followed by 3 years’ ageing in big Slavonian oak barrels.
Colour: Classic garnet
Perfume: floral and fruity aromas with scents of liquorice and mint.
Flavour: balanced and harmonious, fresh and nicely tannic with an important structure.
Alcohol content: 14,5% vol.
Serving temperature: 16/17° C.
