PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE
Following a very soft pressing, the fermentation takes place for about 16 days, partly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, partly in french oak barriques. Afterwards the wine rests on the fine lees for a short period.

DESCRIPTION
Colour: pale yellow. Bouquet: very fruity, with the typical varietal notes of Pinot Grigio, well combined with those of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Notes of pear, apricot, lime and tomato leaves. Taste: dry, with good acidity well balanced by a large softness.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES
Most recent wine born at Banfi, the white Centine is characterized by a rich aromatic expression. Complex and full bodied.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal for accompanying the entire meal and in particular matches perfectly first courses and fresh fish dishes.

Alcohol content: 12 to 12,5% vol.following the vintage conditions.
